The device installs on your main water supply line and monitors flow rate, pressure, and temperature 24/7. Using those readings, it learns your household’s normal usage patterns and flags anomalies — a slow drip, a running toilet that won’t stop, or a sudden burst. When flow continues outside of normal parameters, it closes the valve automatically and sends an alert to your phone.
The companion app gives you real-time visibility into your water usage, a history of daily consumption, and full remote control — including the ability to shut off your water from anywhere in the world.

What Installation Involves
We locate your main water supply line, cut in and install the device, and handle all connections. If your main shut-off valve is older or in poor condition, we replace it at the same time — a shut-off valve that doesn’t fully close defeats the purpose. Setup includes connecting the device to your Wi-Fi and walking you through the app.
Most installs are completed in two to three hours with only a brief water shutoff. There’s no major disruption to your home.
